Tony Diaz – has been an instructor at Baseball City U.S.A. since 2007. Tony was a four year starter at Division 1 Sacred Heart University located in Fairfield, CT. where he also earned his degree in Sports Management. Prior to coming to Baseball City U.S.A. he was a trainer at Pro Prospects Training Facility, in Monticello N.Y. for 3 years. In 2009 he was the assistant coach at North Broward Prep. Tony instructs in Hitting, Pitching, Catching and Fielding. |
Jaime Santiago was an instructor at United Baseball Academy through out his high school career. After graduating form Northeast High School, Jaime suffered a career ending injury to his arm. Since then he has been one of the top baseball instructors in the area. Jaime specializes in hitting, pitching, and on-the-field team training. Jaime is currently the head coach of the South Florida Stealth. |
Elliott Maddox – Through an 11 year career in Major League Baseball, Elliott played for the Mets, Yankees, and Tigers and was awarded the American League MVP award in 1974. Elliott specializes as a hitting instructor and can help your player excel to the next level. |

Lexy Spellacy – Lexy has been softball trained for 10 years in pitching, catching, fielding and hitting. She was a starter at St. Thomas Aquinas High School and recieved All-County her senior year. Lexy is now starting off her second year at Broward College as a catcher and 3rd baseman. Lexy has been a personal softball instructor for the past 3 years. |
Brandon Holden is a 2006 graduate of Stoneman Douglas High School. Holden was a stand out high school player in Broward County being named to the Sun-Sentinel All County Team several times. He was drafted in the 13th round by the Pittsburgh Pirates as the 380th overall selection in the 2006 Major League Baseball draft. Brandon is personable, knowledgeable, and young enough to know what got him to be one of the top pitchers in the country, and drafted onto a Major League team. |
Mark Cochrane is a graduate of Stoneman Douglas High School. He was selected by the Chicago White Sox organization in the 25th round of the 1998 draft as a catcher. Besides training at Baseball City U.S.A. Mark trains many local travel teams. His specialties are catching and hitting but can help your player exceed in all aspects of the game. |
Daniel Elorriaga-Matra is a graduate of Stoneman Douglas High School. He was selected by the Atlanta Braves in the 26th round of the 2007 June Draft. Dan is still a catcher playing for the Braves but joins us in the off season. |
